Summary: San Michele Suites is effortlessly charming. The location is spectacular, with pristine, beautifully scented suites that literally hover over the sea, offering breathtaking views. Everything was absolutely immaculate. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the staff. They managed to turn an already stunning trip into a complete fairytale. A special, massive thank you to Valentine, who genuinely looked after us with an unmatched level of care. She picked us up outside the historic center where our driver left us, arranged an incredible boat tour in less than two hours, organized our port transfers, and gave us flawless restaurant recommendations. To top it off, she invited us for a fantastic aperitivo, and on our departure day, she not only walked us and our luggage back to our driver but also prepared a cinematic, picture-perfect breakfast to go. We also must highlight the immense kindness of Nicole, Valerie, and the wonderful kitchen and housekeeping team. Everyone was incredibly attentive and warm. Polignano a Mare is breathtaking, but the team at San Michele Suites made it unforgettable. Thank you so much for everything!…
